• All payments must be made in full prior to services commencing or files being sent.
• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you miss our agreed booking time or become unreachable to receive content you forfeit any pre-payment.
• When receiving content directly from me the link will be accessible for 30 minutes from the time of opening. If you later request I re-send you the content you’ll need to pay the same fee again (don’t lose your files!).
• In cases where I need to cancel you will be given an immediate 100% refund.
• You’re aware that if any policies are violated that services may cease, products may not be delivered, and that legal action may be pursued against you at your expense.
